本中心将于2021年12月12日启动 “原始点新常态推广体验服务”，所有体验服务将一律以预约报名的方式进行。所有参与者必须通过中心官网所提供的个别链接预约报名。

服务时间 :

周日（日间）

时段（一）：10:00 – 11:00

时段（二）：11:00 – 12:00

预约接受人数

每个时段所接受的预约人数为 5 人（陪同家属不需要报名预约）。系统将接受报名直到额满或截止时间，以较早者为准。

预约报名方式及截止时间:

推广体验服务 : 经由中心官网预约报名。

星期日体验服务预约报名时间 : 周四09:00 – 周五18:00
~~星期四体验服务预约报名时间 : 周一09:00 – 周二18:00~~ 暂未开放

注意事项：

1) 请携带身分证、穿棉质衣裤，大小毛巾各2件。
2) 学员及陪同家属 : 每一位学员只能由1位家属陪同。
3) 每个时段的报到时间如下:-

4) 若参与者没有准时在上述的报到时间抵达中心, 中心将保留取消参与者名额的绝对权力。

5) 前来参与体验服务者必须严格遵守当前所有预防新型冠状病毒 (Covid-19) 的政府指令和标准操作程序 (SOPs)。此外，敬请大家配合中心以下的规范及防范措施:

i.进入中心前必须使用 MySejahtera 手机应用程式扫描中心提供的二维码。同时也需扫描中心提供的二维码以登记签到。只有 MySejahtera 显示 Low Risk / Casual Contact 方可进入中心。

ii. 体温超过 37.5 摄氏度者, 謝絕进入中心。

iii. 进入中心前必须先消毒手部。

iv. 任何到中心参与体验活动者必须自备并全程佩戴口罩。

v. 参与者必须遵守人身距离的规范。

vi. 有感冒、发烧、咳嗽、胸闷/呼吸困难、喉咙痛、头痛、腹泻等病症者, 请勿到中心参与体验活动。

vii. 在体验活动进行前14天曾到过有可能接触新冠病毒的地区者请勿到本中心参与体验活动。若您从有可能接触病毒的地区回国，请务必在家进行自我隔离至少14 天。

若有不遵守任何标准操作程序(SOPs) 及中心规范者, 中心有绝对的权力取消其参与体验活动的资格。

中心一概不负责因参与者不遵守有关当局所执行的任何程序，规范及条款而引起的任何性质之罚款、损失、损害、行动、诉讼、费用和支出等。

以上事项将持续执行, 直到另行通知。

6) 如何确认是否已成功报名 : 请登入官网，按照您预约的日期来查阅“体验服务预约录取名单”。成功录取与否将以 “体验服务预约录取名单” 为准。

7) 中心之权利：

i) 中心保留绝对权利更改、调整、取消活动现场安排及与此课程相关的一切事宜。
ii) 若遇自然灾害或任何不可抗力因素，中心将保留举办与否之绝对权利。

遵守所有标准操作程序及中心所执行的防范措施是我们共同的责任。

原始点是一个全方位的教育，Pertubuhan C.C.H. Yuan Shi Dian Malaysia (C.C.H. Yuan Shi Dian Malaysia Organisation) (简称“中心”) 提供一个学习与服务的教育平台，並由最初 2012年提供按推的服务，成长到落实原始点生活实做的教育推广行列。除了推广体验服务以外，中心更著重於原始点观念的建立与运用，树立原始点教育典范。

中心秉持着 “以人为本, 以病为师“ 的精神及张钊汉医师的无私与大爱，致力於通过教育的方式把正确的原始点医学观念，免费教导给民众，让民众自行抉择应用。

中心的推广原则为公益性，不涉及任何政治及宗教活动。中心希望通过与各方互助合作，把原始点的种子撒播到世界的每个角落，以解決當代人所有的病苦，並为后人留下一条活路。

Yuan Shi Dian (“YSD”) provides a comprehensive education to the public. Pertubuhan C.C.H. Yuan Shi Dian Malaysia (C.C.H. Yuan Shi Dian Malaysia Organisation) (“the Organisation”) provides an educational platform for learning and servicing. Initially, in 2012, the Organisation merely provided “Antui” services to the public but has now grown into an Organisation that educates the public on YSD through educational promotion and services. Apart from providing services, the Organisation emphasised on the proper understanding of YSD concepts and appropriate application of Yuan Shi Dian methods in daily life and steadfast in promoting YSD through education.

The Organisation upholds the principle of “People the Foremost, Patient the Teacher” as well as the selfless love of Dr. Chang-Chao Han. The Organisation mission is to voluntarily educate the public with the correct concepts of YSD. The public would have the complete autonomy in their choice to practice YSD.

The Organisation is a non-profit organisation. The Organisation is not political or involved with any religious activities. The Organisation hopes to spread the seeds of YSD to all corners of the world through mutual cooperation and collaboration with other organisations, to resolve all suffering from diseases and illnesses of the present generation and leave a path for living and survival to guide future generation.
